We are accepting applications for our 2026 Summer Internship Program for PCL Industrial Services, Inc. with the district office located in Chandler, AZ.

As an Intern you will be given similar responsibilities as a full-time, entry-level Procurement Specialist, so you are able to experience what a career will be like in procurement. We will designate a mentor for you who will be available to you for the duration of internship. You will also have the opportunity to participate in company events and community volunteer opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with purchasing materials, services, and equipment in accordance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Support vendor identification and evaluation based on pricing, quality, safety, and delivery requirements.
  • Help prepare and issue purchase orders and related documentation under supervision.
  • Assist with RFQ preparation, quote tracking, and basic comparison.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to help track deliveries and resolve minor discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized procurement records and support data entry an reporting activities.
  • Participate in learning opportunities related to construction materials, services, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in supply chain management, business, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, or construction/industrial operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); willingness to learn procurement systems and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
