The successful candidate:

- - - Schedule: Must be flexible as needed between the hours of 6:30AM-7:00PM; weekends & holidays as needed. - - -

The Dietary Aide (Sr. Culinary Representative) provides culinary and dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care. Responsibilities include maintaining patient diet information, ensuring each patient receives the appropriate diet, nutritional supplements and/or tube feedings, assisting with all activities related to special functions and catering, executing cash transactions, dining room and special functions set-up, and provides exceptional customer service and quality food and beverage options, with focus on safety and sanitation.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred

Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Food and Beverage/Hospitality/High-volume hospital cafeteria setting, preferred

  • Previous catering experience a plus

License/ Certification/ Permit:

  • Currently dated Food Handler’s Permit from County/State Health Department in which you reside if required by the state (Required in AZ & IL). ServeSafe Preferred
