In this role, you’ll be the engine that powers our marketing strategy—leading project and event execution, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every deliverable is on‑brand, on‑time, and on‑point. You’ll partner with marketing leaders, creative teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to turn strategy into action and action into measurable results.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead implementation of marketing strategies that support Valleywise Health’s organizational goals
  • Manage, assign, and track marketing projects and budgets across internal teams and external vendors
  • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency within the marketing department
  • Serve as the connector between strategy, programs, and creative development
  • Guide internal clients through the request process and ensure flawless execution
  • Participate in creative development to ensure alignment with brand and objectives
  • Support planning and promotion of hospital services through high‑impact marketing initiatives
  • Support marketing team operations, including tracking department budgets, processing invoices and supporting content development.
Annual Salary Range: $83,116.80 - $132,995.20
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience:
  • Requires at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience involving multiple marketing communications disciplines that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Prefer experience or an understanding of public healthcare industry and academic medical centers.
Specialized Training:
  • Prefer Lean Six Sigma training.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other related certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools required.
  • Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate personnel in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
  • Must be approachable, people oriented, and a good listener.
  • Must be a change agent able to develop, implement and maintain policies and processes.
  • Requires the ability to be a creative, independent thinker.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm, combined with the ability to build relationships with business and key stakeholders.
  • Must possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to utilize the appropriate management techniques to plan, organize, control and coordinate activities.
  • Requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet department objectives and deadlines consistently.
  • Must be self-directed and display sound judgment.
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires ability to establish and cultivate constructive client relationships.
