Assist Lead Plumbers: Support Journeyman plumbers with the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.

System Installation: Assist in cutting, threading, and assembling pipes using various tools and materials (copper, PVC, PEX, etc.).

Maintenance & Repair: Help troubleshoot leaks, clear clogged drains, and repair/replace water heaters or sump pumps.

Tool Management: Maintain, clean, and organize tools and equipment; ensure the service vehicle is adequately stocked for daily jobs.

Site Preparation: Clear work areas of debris, dig trenches for new pipeline installations, and ensure a clean and safe job site at all times.

Compliance: Learn and follow local plumbing codes and safety regulations (OSHA).
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Licensing: Ability to obtain (or currently holding) a valid Apprentice Plumber license/registration in this state.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces (crawl spaces/attics), and stand or kneel for extended periods.

Mechanical Aptitude: Strong interest in working with your hands and a basic understanding of hand/power tools.

Reliability: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and dependable transportation.

Communication: Good customer service skills and a willingness to take direction and learn on the fly.
