Role Overview:
This is a script-driven call center position supporting callers with lawsuit and claims-related inquiries. Assist individuals seeking information about their claims, including claim status updates and step-by-step guidance on how to submit or receive claim payments.
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $18/HR
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls involved in lawsuits or settlements
Provide case status updates and explain next steps in the claims process
Help callers understand deadlines, eligibility, and required documentation
Follow scripted guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
