The Senior Director, Technology & Digital Services provides senior-level leadership and oversight for enterprise technology services across the healthcare system. This role is responsible for translating organizational strategy into executable technology initiatives and ensuring the effective delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Senior Director partners closely with operational, clinical, and administrative leaders to advance technology capabilities that support patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. This role typically leads multiple directors, managers, and teams across enterprise IT disciplines and is accountable for operational performance, financial stewardship, and strategic execution within assigned areas of responsibility.
Annual Salary Range: $143,915.20 - $212,284.80

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.

Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MS, or related field) preferred.
Experience:

12 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology or digital services is required.

5 years in Director-level leadership within a complex or regulated environment is required.

Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or similarly complex organizations preferred.

Demonstrated success leading enterprise initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
