The starting wage for this position will be: $19.25/HR
Full-Time: Monday-Friday
Day Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
The Will-Call Lead will facilitate all internal/external customer demands, resources, and processes creating the greatest efficiencies possible and an Exceptional Customer Experience. Will- Call Lead will create a culture and workplace environment that is equally centered on customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding workflow and process efficiency goals. This role will ensure the accurate fulfillment of Will Call orders through the FSW, manage the return process, and coordinate with shuttle drivers, DSRs, customers, FSW associates and leadership.
Essential Duties:
- Clerical responsibilities include, cash handling and drawer balancing and close out process.
- Manage order discrepancies and DSR information requests, serve as point person for all fulfillment activities
- Ensure all associates are prepared each day (uniforms, equipment, stretching, supplies, etc.)
- Improve associate knowledge and understanding of roles and responsibilities through cross training of all will call processes
- Supervise fulfillment activities to ensure efficient processing and order flow
- Evaluate Will Call volume and report to Ops and FSW Leadership
- Ensure proper accounting checks and balances are adhered to in regard to monies and invoices
- Create an environment of collaboration and conduct team meetings for team building and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English; speak, read, and write
- One to two years related experience and/or training.
- Money handling/cashier experience preferred
- Good to moderate competency in MS Office products
- Must have 3 months of manual warehouse handling experience or 3 months of extensive manual labor experience.
- Foodservice industry preferred; retail or distribution experience acceptable.
- Strong people/verbal/written skills necessary.
