Warehouse & Logistics Specialist
Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts | 3:45pm - 2:15am
(Note: Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays may be required based on business needs)
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Specialist to join our 1st-shift team. In this role, you will process inbound and outbound shipments to and from multiple departments, suppliers, or customers. Your primary focus will be ensuring all orders are complete, accurately packaged, labeled, and properly stored or shipped. All receipts and shipments must strictly adhere to and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at all times.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing products, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Documentation: Prepare, update, and maintain shipping documents, logs, correspondence, database entries, and archive files.
Inventory & Storage: Ensure all products are correctly packaged, labeled, and stored according to company guidelines.
Compliance & Safety: Exhibit a clear understanding of, and strict compliance with, cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and general workplace safety.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain a well-organized, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
Education, Experience, & Physical Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language: Ability to read and write basic English.
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, and the ability to learn proprietary inventory software).
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from ground to waist, and the ability to work 8 to 10 hours a day standing up.
Certification: Forklift certification and/or prior experience is a strong plus.
