Broadway Proper Senior Living is seeking a warm, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our senior living community located in East Tucson. This position is perfect for an individual who takes pride in supporting a dynamic team, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, and visitors alike.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily front desk and receptionist operations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly and courteously
  • Promptly answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions in collaboration with the Business Office Manager (BOM) or Assistant Executive Director (AED)
  • Maintain well-organized records and support office operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
  • Promote a positive and professional office environment that reflects the community’s values

Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable/Receivable and bookkeeping support is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office suite and general technology use
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-centered mindset
